Charter & Scenic
Our primary charter aircraft is the Beechcraft Baron 58, fitted with stitched leather seating, full air conditioning, high-speed device charging, Bose noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones, Wi-Fi, sophisticated IFR avionics and gleaming exterior.
Then we have the Cessna 182 also available for charter, but used primarily for scenic experiences. From G&Ts in the middle of the desert, to a quick seafood feast in Saldanha, we offer more than just beautiful trips around Cape Point.
And whilst the ‘Out of Africa’ romance of a single prop airplane flying over Africa does hark back to a bygone era, you can be sure the levels of safety and comfort are very much up to date in our Cessna 182 – equipped with modern avionics, portable air conditioning and Melvill & Moon interior.
On-board catering and refreshments come as standard, with transfers to and from the airfield also available.
We operate on very short notice, so get in touch the next time you’re dreading that 6+ hour drive surrounded by trucks and dangerous drivers overtaking at 180km/h in the opposite direction.

Just because you’re paying substantially less than traditional charters, doesn't mean your comfort and safety should be compromised.
As part of the du Cap Collection, Air du Cap understands service and comfort. After all, the journey should be just as special as the destination.
Air du Cap operates from Grand Central Airport in Midrand, and the Cape Winelands airport in Cape Town, just off the N1 outside Stellenbosch. We have a departure lounge, with snacks and refreshments, leading directly to your aircraft, with charter flights enjoying pre-start air conditioning.

Experiences
Air du Cap offers boutique charter and bespoke experiences, with attention to detail and safety. G&Ts in the desert, whale spotting in Hermanus, or engagement flights over beaches with ‘will you marry me’ pre-written in the sand beneath - there is no limit to what we can do for you.

Augrabies Falls
The Augrabies Falls National canyon has a 480 feet canyon, enclosed by the Augrabies Falls National Park. The spectacular falls are around 183 feet in height. Usually impossible to experience in one day, this adventure will get you to the falls in 2,5 hours, allowing you to enjoy lunch at the falls and back before sunset. Overnight stays can be arranged.

Ground Support
